Nathalie De Keulenaer

Nathalie is a graduated lawyer (University of Antwerp) and additionally completed a specialization in taxation at the Fiscale Hogeschool in Brussels. Her career started in 1987 at KPMG Belgium; she worked there for 26 years. There, she grew from a general tax advisor to a specialist in international employment. Since 2013, Nathalie has been part of the WT&ES team.

Nathalie’s specializations:

  • national and international employment (income tax, social security, labor law)
  • optimization of remuneration structures (including salary splits)
  • special tax status for foreign executives (expat status)
  • tax returns (for residents and non-residents)
  • national and international payrolls and calculation of Belgian withholding tax
  • cross-border employment situations between Belgium and the Netherlands and assistance with Benelux reorganizations
